I currently have availability and in most cases can get you scheduled right away. I accept Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Bank of America EAP, Oscar (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Oxford (Optum), Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, and Aetna insurance, as well as cash, checks, credit, debit, and HSA cards. I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance company, as some plans will reimburse for mental health care (please check with your individual insurance company).
About Me
My name is Debbie Kaluza. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the great state of Texas, and owner of Gift of Joy Counseling located in the Coppell/Lewisville area.
I have always been passionate about caring for people of all ages, and encouraging others to use their abilities and talents to the fullest. I believe that each of us is a child of God and is equipped with many beautiful gifts that we can share with the world.
I will work with you according to your needs. Together we will make a plan to implement appropriate therapeutic strategies to help you heal and feel better. My goal is to see you overcome any obstacles that are keeping you from living your best joy-filled life.
